§.1 General Provisions
- The data controller is EWADRUK Strękowski sp. j. with its registered office at Fabryczna 12, 18-300 Zambrów, NIP: 718-16-15-340. Data are protected in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and data are stored on secure servers.
- For the purpose of better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term „User” has been replaced with „You”, “Controller” with „We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- We respect your right to privacy and keep your data secure. One of the measures we use for this purpose is a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
- Personal data provided via the form on www.ewadruk.com are treated as confidential and are not visible to anyone who is not authorised.
§2. Data Controller
- The service provider is the controller of their clients’ data. This means that if you contact us in any way we will process your data: name, surname, email address, telephone number, position, place of work.

- in the scope and for the purpose necessary to conclude, create the content of, change or terminate the Agreement and the for proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes) and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
- in the scope and purpose consistent with your consent if you have contacted us via any contact form.
- Each data subject (if we are their data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

- The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data to entities authorised under applicable law (such as law enforcement agencies).
- The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
- The Service Provider shall not disclose personal data to any other entities than those authorised under applicable law.
- We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and access control to minimise the effects of any possible breach of data security.
- Personal data is only processed by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we closely work.
§3. Cookie files
- The www.ewadruk.com website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by your browser software. Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, is only collected where the user has explicitly consented to this by filling in the form. We retain and use the above data only to the extent necessary to perform the function.
