Laminating

Laminating is performed on three solvent-free laminators, with one- and two-component adhesives. This process can combine different foils into duplexes and triplexes, such as OPP/OPP, OPP/PE, PE/PE, PET/PE PET/PE(EVOH), as well as papers (brown or white). It is possible to laminate foil with paper with a cut out window.

• Laminating width: up to 1300 mm

Sealing

Sealing is done on one machine producing doypack bags and two machines sealing flowpacks, which can also make folds.

We produce doypacks of PET/PE and PA/PE PP/PP laminates as well as paper/PET/PE foils, including versions with a cut out window, in the following dimensions:

• width between 80 mm and 250 mm
• height between 110 mm and 350 mm

Flowpack bags made of OPP foil and laminates of these foils in the following dimensions:

• width between 100 mm and 250 mm
• height between 100 mm and 500 mm
