PPHU "EWA" Strękowski Sp. J. deals with manufacturing plastic film packagings printed using a flexographic method. We started the company in 1997 and from the very beginning it has been developing steadily, adjusting the production profile to the needs of our Customers. The priority of our activities and company development is Customer satisfaction with the services offered by us, as well as the need to keep pace with the growing requirements of the packagings market.
Our Customers are offered services related to the comprehensive preparation of packaging, starting from the development of graphic design, through production of photopolymer plates, printing, lamination, film cutting, to the delivery of the finished product in the form of a printed tape, sleeve, centre-folded film or welded bags. Contacting us, the Customer receives exhaustive information on the possibilities of optimum packaging for their product. We believe that our experience in packaging production will translate into satisfaction of our Customers.
The packaging manufactured by us are addressed to a large number of customers. The predominant recipient is the food sector. Plastic films and packaging are made from the best raw materials and possess the food grade approvals required. We offer also plastic films and packagings for other products, such as hygiene products, sanitary products, washing agents, pesticides, but also Styrofoam etc.
In the production process we use most films offered on the market. For the process of printing, lamination and welding of the finished packaging we use polypropylene (OPP), polyethylene (PE), cast (CPP), polyamide & polyethylene (PA/PE), polyester (PET) films, as well as paper and various metallised films. The lamination process makes it possible to combine many types of films and to obtain various properties of the finished laminate.
Our specialised machines, modernised and innovated on a continuous basis, as well as cooperation with renowned suppliers of raw materials used for packaging products, guarantees the highest quality of our products. Thanks to the control and organization of particular production stages and processes, as well as the company management methods we were able to implement and follow the Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2000 and HACCP. The good results of yearly audits confirm that the set production quality goals have been achieved.
